Shipping Policy
SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES
We usually use fast logistics channels such as DHL, Fedex, etc. The goods will be sent from the distribution point near the Hong Kong International Airport. Under normal circumstances, it can be delivered in 5-10 days in Europe, the United States and other regions.
Some circumstances are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the shipping company's responsibility.
GENERAL INFORMATION
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please ensure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
Please be sure to fill in your cell phone number, otherwise the logistics provider may not be able to contact you.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are subject to separate processing time and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on several factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 3-5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
CHANGE OR CANCEL
We will start working on your order as soon as you submit it. Therefore it's very unlikely that we can change or cancel it. If your order was made in the last 24 hours, please contact us, and we will do our best to make it happen. Please note that once your order has been shipped, there is a fee to change the shipping address. Please keep that in mind before placing your order!
DELIVERY CLAIMS
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that the carrier delivered your package, but you have not received it, you must contact us within ten days to file a claim。
We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages the carrier confirms as being delivered.
TRACKING
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source quality yet affordable products.

CUSTOM CHARGE
Usually, the probability of checking by customs is rare. If you encounter additional customs clearance to ensure on-time delivery, please make the payment and send us the invoice. We will pay you for most of the parts.
