One of the most legendary Sith artifacts in the Star Wars universe is the Sith Holocron. Sith Holocrons are ancient devices used by Sith Lords to store and preserve their dark side knowledge, teachings, and secrets. These artifacts are typically pyramid-shaped and can only be accessed by those attuned to the dark side of the Force.

Muur Talisman
"This Talisman… it could turn our enemy's armies into monstrous warriors that will obey me. Yes. I want that." ― Emperor Roan Fel
The Muur Talisman was the first of the three Great Amulets created by the Sith Lord Sorzus Syn. Designed for her fellow Lord Karness Muur, the Talisman had the ability to turn other beings into mindless thralls that were at the possessor's command. It was a powerful object of great antiquity and was mentioned in many Sith holocrons dating from before the Golden Age of the Sith. At some time the Talisman was buried in the Undercity of the planet Taris until 3965 BBY when the Mandalorian Pulsipher lead an excavation party to retrieve it. Upon its exposure, the Talisman latched onto female Jedi Master Celeste Morne and began to corrupt her before Jedi Padawan Zayne Carrick sealed her and the Talisman in Dreypa's Oubliette where they both remained for about 4,000 years until 19 BBY.
Through use of dark side alchemy, any non-Force-sensitive that was struck by the Talisman became infected with the rakghoul plague and transformed more quickly than from rakghoul bites in the Under City of Taris. In addition to that under the command by a Force-user the Talisman could transform into rakghouls all suitable beings in much wider radius.
The power of the Talisman also allowed its claws to become legs for mobility and bound itself to anyone who called to it.The Talisman also stopped all aging in its host,as exemplified by the lack of aging on the part of Celeste Morne from 19 BBY to 137 ABY. But the greatest secret concerning the Talisman was that it housed the spirit of Karness Muur, who could speak to nearby Force-sensitives and appear as an apparition to whomever was possessed by the Talisman.
Gauntlet of Kressh the Younger
The Gauntlet was composed of five linked oval plates composed of an unknown black material, each capped with a red gem chased with gold. The middle three plates featured gold tassels hanging from the ends.
Worn on the user's forearm, the Gauntlet had the power of preventing anything from touching the wearer without his or her consent, blasting aside anything that attempted to do so with a surge of Dark Side energy. Its protection was sufficient to defend the wearer from a lightsaber strike. In addition to providing protection, it also enabled the wearer to purposely direct such blasts towards chosen targets on a whim, without even needing to turn and face them.
However, the Gauntlet's protection was not absolute. As it only protected the wearer from things that didn't receive his consent, he could still be attacked by those who do. Also, one had to be wearing the Gauntlet for it to take full effect; simply holding it would not do.
Sword of Ieldis
The sword was quarantined by the Jedi Order on Coruscant sometime before 3963 BBY. Research done by the Jedi Covenant suggested that the Helm of Dathka Graush, another Sith artifact, strengthened the sword.
Helm of Dathka Graush
"Terrific! A hat with it's own weather!"―Marn Hierogryph
The Helm of Dathka Graush was a Sith artifact, presumably created by the Sith Lord Dathka Graush. It amplified the wearer's abilities to wield the Force, and possibly strengthened the Sword of Ieldis. It also caused atmospheric disturbances within a radius of six kilometers.
In 3963 BBY it was contained in the Jedi Covenant's secret storehouse on the planet Odryn. There it was undergoing inspection and extensive research at the orders of Haazen and Krynda Draay.
Like all the artifacts stored on Odryn, the ill effects of its dark side contamination could be safely contained as long as the helm was encased in nullification resin. Grade three resin was required to protect the surrounding environment from the relic's power.
Scepter of Ragnos
The Sith Lord Marka Ragnos, who lived during the time of the Old Republic, created the Scepter of Ragnos. Ragnos died in 5000 BBY, but his Scepter passed into the possession of a collector on the planet Commenor before 14 ABY. That year, Tavion Axmis, a female Dark Jedi and the leader of the Disciples of Ragnos—a cult dedicated to reviving the long-dead Ragnos—found the weapon in the possession of the collector and, after killing the being, found a more vital use than combat for the Scepter. She discovered the Scepter's ability to reanimate a corpse's cells, bringing the dead body back to life. Apart from that, small amounts of the stored Force power could be released on ordinary beings in order to grant them Force-sensitivity, sometimes on a scale equal to fully-trained Jedi Knights. Axmis used that ability to create an army of Force-sensitives from the ranks of the Disciples of Ragnos, mainly the Sith Cultists. However, the effect was not permanent; if the Scepter was ever destroyed, the beings would lose their Force-sensitivity and animation.
Helm of Ieldis
The Helm of Ieldis was a Sith Lord Ieldis creation in the years prior to the Great Hyperspace War. It was a helmet imbued with the powers of the dark side. When worn by a Force-sensitive Dark Sider, the Helm was capable of converting negative emotions like grief, anger and misery into Dark Side energies capable of driving sentient beings into a homicidal frenzy.
it is possible that the helm remains hidden or lost, waiting to be discovered by those who seek its dark powers.
Mask of Darth Nihilus
The mask of Darth Nihilus, or Mask of Nihilus, was one of the pieces of armor that Sith Lord Darth Nihilus had bound to himself using the Force in an effort to retain a semblance of a physical form.
It was said that the mask was invested with the dark side of the Force and if an individual who was not Force-sensitive was to don the mask, that being would be able to wield the Force as a Sith apprentice. If, however, a Jedi or Sith was to wear the mask, proficiency in additional Force powers—always including, but not limited to, dark side powers—were acquired. However, it was cautioned that the dark influence of the mask propelled the wearer towards acts of self-destruction in the pursuit of greater power.
